Jake & his team of professionals answered our questions, communicated promptly, and were very polite and professional. Jake gave us multiple options after asking us several questions. We were having issues with our tankless water heater not supplying enough hot water. One of the options provided was a DIY option of buying the cleaning agent from Jake's Plumbing and flushing the system ourselves. This option was easy and inexpensive, problem solved!
